Yes, I did communicate to her on a regular basis. I haven't sent her any emails yet, but I don't think she is going to blame me.
As for the timeline, I don't know why and how the time line was set up. She said because other people's project need to be sent to ourside party, and mine is just internal one.... It is not opened enough here. Sometimes people just do what they told to do, but don't know why to do it this way.
It is for my own benefit as well, to ask if there is a better way to do: We might face differenct bosses, peer, under different condistions, pressures ... anyway we will have to learn to work it out, right?
