急請各位高手幫忙改 INTERNAL TRANSFER LETTER， 內容見內。

最近公司有個職位可以TRANSFER， 非常想去，DEADLINE 馬上到了，我準備給那個DEPARTMENT MANAGER 發郵件，附上我的簡曆。以下是草稿，不知道這樣寫行不行， 懇請大家幫忙修改， 謝謝。
另外，除了這封郵件和RESUME，還需要發給他們什麽呢？應該不需要COVER LETTER 了吧？還有什麽要注意的事項呢？大家多多指導，我還是職場新手。Thanks a lot.

Dear [Name],

This is to officially express my intent to be transferred to xxx Department.

I have been worked in xxx Deparment since xx,x, xxxx. Over past months I have developed skills necessary for this job and served our company with all my energy to the best of my capabilities. I also become interested in the xxx area, which will give me more knowledge and development in xxx. Now I think its time to move on to acquire new skills, to increase my experience. Acquiring new skills will be beneficial for both the company and myself. So please consider my request in the meeting of HR.
