辦公室的咖啡

昨天早晨等著煮咖啡的時候，無意看了看coffer creamer powder的盒子，Ingredients裏麵的第一項就是partially hydrogenated soybean oil。我昨天剛剛在城頭上看見新聞：吃氫化油就等同於吃塑料。難怪早晨來不及吃早飯，一杯咖啡可以頂一個早上，趕情弄了塊塑料放在肚子裏。

看來以後隻能喝黑咖啡了。。。
