Don't know this info. But I have a natural dislike for creamer powder. I guess I will try to avoid it more from now on. Thanks.

Well, breakfast is very important. Try to pack a muffin/croissant (costco has good deals for both) and eat it with your coffee. :)

I was an addicive instant noodle eater before, but I always try to give myself a good breakfast.
