努力做你認為是對的事，沒有人知道未來如何

老板濫用親近的人是個常見的難題。你不作聲，事情可能越來越糟；你抵擋，他們可能要對付你。公司裏變幻莫測，老板，大老板都可能換人，沒有人知道未來如何。你唯一能做的，就是把握現在，做你覺得該做的事。怕惹麻煩，可能讓人覺得你懦弱，得到更多的麻煩。做你覺得該做的事，起碼你問心無愧，也學到怎樣處理公司政治。

 

不妨和大老板談談你的觀察和憂慮，問大老板該怎麽辦。有大老板指示你怎麽做，你可以放心很多。其實大老板可能也不喜歡小老板任用私人，隻是這種事都不便明白說。
