incident ticket and Change Ticket are the actual work that I do. If your company dont have any tracking system, you can keep emails from your manager which he/she assigned you the tasks, etc. As long as you can prove that you did your job, how fast you did your job, they shouldnt argue with you because each person has different speed. (this proves to others that you actually did your assigned job, they cannot say you didn't do your work). Then if there is any appreciation letter or thank you letter, you should keep as well. It tells ppl that you actually contribute to the company.
read your review carefully make sure each bullet points you have the corresponding work associate with it and you can list as an example with hard evident (actually this is very tough to prove)
If the HR ask you to sign any exit paper just in case they fire you, dont sign it. You just tell them that you are reviewing it and need time to think about it. bring the letter to your lawyer for further discussion.
I hope it helps. Keep positive attitude, showing your directors and others that you are willing to resolve the conflict between you and your supervisor instead of finger pointing. It will give you a higher position when it comes down to the argue point.
Of course, try to look outside for any better opportunities. If you really cannot deal with the person any more. Happiness is everything.
Well, I hope my information helps.
