The performance evaluation already done. He re battled back and attached to the final documents, HR even didn't let me know. He just email me all documents. I check my email when I back to work from sick leave and saw that.

I laid off on Sep. 1, so I am free after tomorrow. and won't see him again. I consult a lawyer, she lets me file a worker compensation, but my friend told me if worker compensation denied, my private insurance won't pay any medical bill for my hand.So that's another problem.
