I have the same issue with my manager at beginning of this year. I spend approximate 60 hours to write down the fact (key: the fact. not your fault or his fault), then I attached approximate 50~60 pages of incident tickets and Change Request tickets and all the vendor tickets for the past one year along with my questions and comments to my review. I am in a little bit better situation than yours. I worked in this location more than 5 years, and I had worked with more than 4 managers. This newly manager is the only one who is having issue with me. Therefore, my reputation is there already. I forced her to change my rating and comments.
In your case, instead of thinking how bad is your supervisor, just think that you have to calm down and play a soft ball. I know most likely the issue is not your issue, but play it well. Instead of finger pointing, explain the fact well and tell the truth why your decision is better, etc.
If your hand is having issue, just tell them the fact with doctor notes, and consult a lawyer about this situation. I think they might violate the labor law. Please make sure that you keep your evidence quietly and make a backup to your own disk or email account. You never know when you will use it.
回複:please help me with laid off and worker compensation!!!Thanks
