事都做了，你還想解釋什麽？你對誰好心？對她個人還是對公司？

基本上可以認定，通過此事你可以被劃到在公司中不可重用的那一類，不懂規矩，不講原則，甚至惟恐天下不亂的那類，即使你自己不這麽認為。

話你說了，事實結果也造成了，你還能解釋什麽，憑借個人感覺你可能越解釋越糟，因為你沒有掌握職場的核心與關鍵，這也是你的同事現在不敢與你接近的原因。

換位思考，如果你做老板，遇到這樣的下屬，你將如何處理，無意或隨便就把老板賣了。
