請教高手幾個關於背景調查的問題：
（1）我離開公司一個多月了。但我已發出的簡曆上顯示我還在工作。（原因是：如果說已離開，新公司就會要找我老板查我的reference.但我肯定我老板決不會給我作好的reference).有什麽別的辦法讓新公司不找我老板查我的reference嗎？

（2）如果有公司錄用我了，但背景調查報告上顯示我的工作結束日期和我的簡曆上的日期有一兩個月的出入。新公司是否會因此而撤銷錄用我？

（3）如果領了失業救濟金，背景調查會通過我的社會安全號查出來我領了失業救濟金嗎？因為我已發出的簡曆上顯示我還在工作，擔心一但領了失業救濟金，更沒法自圓其說了。所以還沒去領。

（4）看網上說可以自己雇一個背景調查公司給自己作一個背景調查，可以看一下報告看有沒有不利的內容。網上太多這樣的公司了。哪一家比較可靠呢？也不想隨便就給出社會安全號。

我必須先弄清這些問題，想好應對的招數。先謝了。
