I hope he will subtly remind big boss of the missed opportunity. I will avoid this myself only talk about the current project and how important it is to focus instead of gaining approval from everyone, like in a sub-team. It would be a compromise and settles on a mediocre plan rather than getting good results.Also, this sub-team would only delay progress. I hope he will remember how much delayed we were in the first case. Sounds good?
