I have my plan communicated already and big boss agreed with the plan. But others still want to put their fingers in at this moment. I think what I need to do is to talk with big boss again to gain his complete support and get rid of this "sub-team" idea or as a fall-back plan, be the lead in that sub-team. is it a good idea?
