Thanks God, I only did one thing as the recuiter did to my resum

here comes the suffering. I have some reason to explain the resume to them if they give me chance.OK, I see, I might have chance to pass the background check since the resume is the not the final. When the HR will do the background check and check the reference? Before they decide to give you the offer ? I am wondering if they will let you know this step ?
