My previous experience: Interview - Verbal Offer - Background Ch

My former employer at least checked criminal record, credit and if potential employee use drug.

I went a company for drug check. The result came out in few days. About one week or so I received offer.

In my case, I knew they would hire me after background check since I would definitely pass. Hope this help.
