問一個如何自學ORACLE和考證書的事,急求大家建議

本人女,有美國的碩士學位,但是因為在家帶了幾年孩子有GAP,現在找工作很難,基本上
找不到原專業的工作.想轉行學ORACLE,去附近的COMMUNITY COLLEDGE修一門課然後爭取
考個ORACLE證書.請問這樣對找工作幫助大嗎? 我以前學過一門DATABASE的課有一點底
子.請問ORACLE證書一般要準備多久能考下來? BTW,我現在身份不是問題.
另外,ORACLE和SQL有什麽區別呢? SQL也有證書可以考嗎? 菜鳥問題見笑了.
年紀不小了很著急.真誠求大家的建議,不勝感激.
