俺覺得那個team leader問這個不是很合適,

他不是Hiring Manager的話, 估計對工資也沒有決定權, 這麽問有點打聽的嫌疑. 我以前作為Team Leader來Interview別人的時候,我老板(Hiring Manager) 就交待得很清楚:Focus在技術上,同時感受一下Interviewee的Personality,無關的問題或者不是我應該關心的問題不要問.
