回複：team lead太低了吧, 一直是HR的人和我談

HR 是沒法決定給你salary滴，因為他們並不懂你的skill 和experience level的，是不是？

一般，team 會根據skill need，budget，人員構成，決定雇個什麽level的人，他們都會早早地和manager溝通好的。當然，decision making 應該是manager。但並非managers都喜歡micromanagement 的style的。
