孕29周，今天被layoff了，last day是due date 前兩周,有什麽辦法

今早被 老 板 通 知 ， 讓 我 在 公 司 內 部 找 工 作 ，一 是 現 在 沒 什 麽 OPEN， 而 且 哪 個 職 位 會 要 我 這 懷 孕 29周 的 孕 婦。 LAST DAY 是 九 月 底 ， 我 的 預 產 期 十 月 初。 怎 麽 能 要 求 公 司 把 LAST DAY 推 後 兩 周 呢 ？ 是 自 己 和 HR？公 司 交 涉 還 是 直 接 找 EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY 呢？我是我 們 組 唯 一 的 女 的，這 次 隻 有 我 被 雷 ， 這 能 算 性 別 歧 視嗎？

BTW,我在fortune 前 50 的 大 公 司 ，而且performance rating 一 直 是 strong.我 在 德 州。 謝 謝 ！
