Should I give the company one more chance?

我曾經在這裏問過問題，得到大家的熱情回答，幫助我很快決定了怎麽解決自己的小問題。這次碰到了更大的問題，就又想到來這裏尋求建議。因為有些私人問題，所以批了件馬甲，見諒。

我在CA一家大公司的研發部門工作了三年多，根據年終總結的打分，算是模範員工，技術職稱也很senior。現在懷孕六個月。一個月前，所在的大組重組，新來半年的老印領導M把我從group leader的位置拿下來（同樣的管理位置有五個人，我是唯一被拿下來的），手下人也被拿走，讓我和我的associates都向另外一個什麽都不及我的美國女人J report.M給別人的理由是xx should take the backseat for now.

我跟M溝通了兩次，很不成功，她的態度非常差。我一怒之下，就去了HR，找到管我們這個大部門的HR頭談了這一切。HR跟M溝通後，M把我新年後要做的新項目（as project leader)，已經做了兩年的馬上就要結尾的舊項目(also project leader)，都找借口交給了別人。中間還有很多ugly的表演，就不具體說了。

我咽不下這口氣，想向coporate HR 繼續告上去。但我們一個做HR很有經驗的朋友說，這樣的情況，我可以file lawsuit for pregnancy discrimination and retaliation after complaining to HR.我應該怎麽做呢？我家裏經濟條件很好，所以能不能保全這份工作是小事。 但M的所作所為給我帶來很大的stress,我不想便宜了她。
