2. Investment has class A/B/C 一直到Class E. 每個Grade風險不同。Find the ones that suit your risk profile the best. Market is super hot right now. And there is more $ to be made for sure, everywhere.
3. Personal opinion here - single tenant NNN, 或是ground lease 之類, 不適合炒的, 是要當作保值才make sense.
