春風 – 袁枚

 

春風如貴客，一到便繁華。

來掃千山雪，歸留萬國花。

 

Spring Breeze by Yuan Mei

 

Spring breeze, as if a guest of status high,

Brings forth vibrancy when it doth arrive.

It sweeps snow off myriad hills, far and nigh,

As it departs, still many blossoms thrive.
