新買的NordicWare盤子 (圖)

一個是Decorative Heart Pan.

一個是Beehive。

遺憾的是，Beehive 盤子已經比以往的產品薄了不少，掂在手裏有些輕飄飄的。

長襪子皮皮 2007-06-14 07:10:33 回複 悄悄話 The answer is both yes and no. If you put Chiffon Cake batter, then you still get a cake but just not as airy and soft as it should be. This pan has wall too thick for chiffon cakes. it is best for butter cakes.
