近幾年來，李銳在講話、文章和書籍中多次提出：1950年中央頒布的“慶祝五一勞動節口號”，毛澤東在審閱時最後加上“毛主席萬歲”一條。這條“秘聞”正在被國內外一些新聞媒體所傳播，幾乎成了一樁曆史公案。由此看來，有必要用曆史真實予以澄清，還毛主席以清白。

原因：根據常識，大富豪們不可能有精力做這麽多事情，因此我們應該成立私務員，允許私人醫生，教師，律師，會計，秘書，保鏢，保姆等等的存在。
現實依據：實際上中國私務員已經大量存在，現在要做的就是規範化，合法合情化。
目的：讓大家進一步認識中國特色社會主義的精神，讓社會進一步接受富豪和私務員的社會行為和社會性質，實現社會和諧。
