據報道，這名叫艾斯·安克拉的男童在自己6個月大時就展現了“運用色彩”的天賦，他的藝術家母親埃根發現了他的才華。埃根回憶道：“我當時在地板上鋪開了一塊畫布，放好了顏料，孩子在爬行過程中，把這些顏料塗在了畫布上。”小艾斯的第一幅作品《爬行》就是這樣誕生的。
去年6月，也就是艾斯11個月大時，埃根打算為他申報紀錄，為此在今年1月舉辦了一場畫展，並成功售出了10件畫作中的9件，小艾斯也因此獲得了GWR的紀錄認可。
埃根說，成為世界紀錄保持者不會改變他們的生活，她希望媒體對兒子的關注能激勵其他家長發現和培養孩子的才能。
