劉德華、曾誌偉、譚詠麟等業界翹楚匯聚一堂，為協會成立十六周年舉行慶祝晚宴。

談起下屆會長的人選，眾人首推德高望重的劉德華，但主角華仔卻推脫再三，表示自己會盡力配合協會的任何行動，但身為會長壓力太大，自己無論是領導能力還是時間方麵都還是不夠資格。

曾誌偉和譚詠麟則認為，華仔雖然日程繁忙，時間方麵有些緊張，但他仍然是最合適的人選，況且兩年前華仔已經在譚校長麵前親口承諾再過兩年接棒會長，現今正是他履行承諾的時候。

據悉，演藝人協會會長的名單還將等到12月18日才能最後確定。
