不得不說，這是一個非常令人驚訝的創意，也是一個令所有男人注目的創意。 11月16日，基輔，烏克蘭科教部門口一群烏克蘭人用這樣吸引眼球的行動抗議日趨嚴重的烏克蘭高等教育機構內部向女學生進行“性勒索”的醜陋行為。

他們希望通過這種形式引起烏克蘭正義人士的注意。

女權組織把此項行動稱之為“А-та-та”運動。

烏克蘭高校係統中各位衣冠楚楚的院長，校長及教授們利用職權向女學生“性勒索”的醜聞愈演愈烈。
