今天外出辦事在三元裏碰到這樣一幕：時不時看到有老外（老黑為多）拉著兩個小女孩的小手邊走邊笑，剛開始以為他們帶著中國朋友的女兒出來逛街，當時也沒多在意。 約一小時回來後，這一幕還在繼續，但拉著她們小手的不是當時的一小時前看到的老外。在天橋上觀察了一會後發現，原來她們是在大人的教唆下纏著老外討錢！兩個各自都還帶著還在吃奶的小孩若無其事地在街邊“踩點”，而另外較大的兩個小女孩（我看頂多三四歲）跟著老外：如遇脾氣好且“慷慨”的老外，她們會主動靠上去拉著他們的手，拿到錢後便返回“根據地”並“上繳”至她們母親；如果老外不給，則纏著他們走三四十米遠，甚至咬他們的手。整個過程一般都在“母親”的教唆下進行，實在是“高”。後來走近發現，她們每一次向老外討到的錢一般是5毛或1塊。
有一句話是這樣說的：“三歲定八十”！可悲啊，正值該接受良好教育的祖國的花朵就這樣在自己無知母親的手中糟蹋了！如今這世道，身穿正裝的“民警叔叔”目睹這一幕隻不過“輕輕地飄過”！
