最美麗的災難 領略震撼所有人的超級“冰暴”

　冬天裏的雨水，聽上去好像很普通，跟降雪差不多少，不會有很大危害。但是如果降水地區的地表溫度在0度以下，降水落到地麵同時就開始結冰，就可能造成巨大的災難，除了交通不便之外，有時它可以讓整個地區的電力中斷持續幾周以上。但是也有人很喜歡這種災難，因為那樣外麵的世界都變得晶瑩剔透，帶給人異常震撼的感覺。
