台風“羅莎”襲擊連降暴雨 杭州汪洋一片變水城

受今年第16號超強台風“羅莎”影響，杭州兩日來連降大雨、暴雨，降水量達118.6毫米。8日，城西老河山一帶山體上的雨水順著沿山公路下瀉，致使低窪處的西溪路、天目山路變成河流，汪洋一片，主幹道天目路與紫荊花路路口最深處達70-80公分，很多車輛溺水。據悉，在各相關部門組織求援下，目前市區交通已開始緩解。
