A、傷患複發版 一說李小龍是個武癡，而且特別在少年時與人決戰無數，因此不少人聯想到他可能積下傷患，特別是頭部，他最後是因為腦出現問題致死的。 還有部分說法出自於一些習武之士口中，認為李小龍不跟隨傳統教導，過分著急而練壞了身體。還有的說他練法不得當，導致血脈失調。 B、練功過度版 來自武術界的說法是：練功過度，或練功不得法，同樣會損害身體甚至導致暴斃。有說他為了提升自己的武藝，過分辛勞導致最終無法負荷，並且在最後的幾年，他在成名的壓力下，心裏負擔也很重。雙重的壓力使他幾近崩潰。 C、濫用藥物版 據當時的檢驗報告顯示：李小龍體內有大麻留下的物質，最後幾年他精神漸漸陷於失常狀態，無法通過心理調節解脫自己，加之他成名太快，操勞過度，體力精力常有不支之感，不得不依賴興奮劑。 但是以法庭的審查資料來看，並未將其列為致命的因素，隻是與後來女友丁佩給他服用的止痛藥可能產生過敏有關，這也是當時醫學上所能理解的唯一可能性。 D、病發版 李小龍原本就有心髒病和腦病。在洛杉磯進行全身檢查，被初診為“腦部有問題”的李小龍拒絕對腦部的檢查。再由於他死前2個月一度在公司昏倒，所以據推斷腦病與其死亡情況直接相關。 E、暗殺版 其理由是，李小龍得罪過許多人，他在美國就多多得罪武林中人，多次遭人暗算險些喪命。他到香港後與武林中人關係之惡，有過之而無不及。因此，李小龍在港再遭人暗算，令此說法平增了七分可信度。 F、迷信版 一說李小龍與所居住地名相衝，最後居住的地方在香港九龍半島九龍塘，九龍把小龍困在了塘裏。又有人說是李小龍遺作《死亡遊戲》名字不吉祥。 以上說法千奇百怪，有的是危言聳聽，有的有一定的道理，但拿不出確鑿證據，甚至連懷疑線索也提供不了，不足以令人信服。那麽，李小龍真正的死因是什麽？事情的經過又是怎樣的呢？ 經過警方的周密調查和分析後，李小龍的死因終於真相大白： 7月20日下午約十一點鍾，鄒文懷來到李小龍的家，兩人討論了《死亡遊戲》的劇本後，隨即一同前往李小龍女友丁佩家，他們又一起前往一家餐館進餐然後他們回到了丁佩家中，但到了丁佩家後，小龍感到一陣頭痛，於是，丁佩便給他幾片阿斯匹林消除頭痛，服藥後，小龍便躺下休息。到了晚上10時左右，鄒文懷還有事要與李小龍商量，便推叫李小龍，但小龍一點反應也沒有，鄒文懷感到情況不妙，便馬上打電話叫醫生，但一切都已太晚了，李小龍因自己早已患有腦腫瘤，並由於服用阿斯匹林而引起藥物過敏，導致他突然腦死亡。李小龍終因重病折磨而變成了人們口中的“狂龍”，所幸的是李小龍最後能在毫無痛苦中死去。 |
