You would think that while the Nasdaq is winding its way up from high to high, all tech companies are being flushed upwards, so to speak.
Far from it, because if you look at the non-profitable tech companies (Goldman Sachs Index) then we are still over 50%, 58% to be exact, in the red since the highs.
Its all just a rear view mirror view - what does the future hold for these companies?
Difficult to say, very probably stock-specific, but for the sector as a whole it makes little sense to get involved. Why?
Quite simply, anyone who has not managed to operate profitably in the last 2 to 3 years is unlikely to succeed in the near future with the macroeconomic challenges.
