Wait quietly in my presence while my thoughts form silently in the depths of your being. Do not try to rush this process, because hurry keeps your heart earthbound. I am the Creator of the entire universe, yet I choose to make my humble home in your heart. It is there where you know me most intimately; it is there where I speak to you in holy whispers. Ask my Spirit to quiet you mind so that you can hear my still small voice within you. I am speaking to you continually: words of life…peace…love. Tune your heart to receive these messages of abundant blessing. Lay your requests before me, and wait in expectation.

 

在我的同在中靜靜等候，讓我的思想在你內心的深處默默形成。不要試圖加快這個過程，因為匆忙會讓你的心靈沉重。我是整個宇宙的創造者，然而我選擇在你的心中建造我的謙卑家園。在那裏，你最親密地認識我；在那裏，我以神聖的低語與你交談。請求我的靈安靜你的心靈，使你能夠聽到我在你內心深處的輕聲細語。我一直在不斷地對你說話：生命的...平安的...愛的話語。調整你的心，接受這些豐富祝福的信息。將你的請求擺在我麵前，懷著期待而等候。
