Be prepared to suffer for me, in my name. all suffering has meaning in my kingdom. Pain and problems are opportunities  to demonstrate your trust in me. Bearing your circumstances bravely - even thanking me for them - is one of the highest forms of praise. This sacrifice of thanksgiving rings gloden -toned bells of joy throughout heavenly realms. On earth also, your patient suffering sends out ripples of good tidings in ever-widening circles.

When suffering stikes, remember that I am sovereign and that I can bring good out of everything. Do not try to run from pain or hide from problems. Instead, accept adversity in my name, offering it up to me for my purposes. Thus your suffering gains meaning and draws you closer to me. Joy emerges from the ashes of adversity through your trust and thankfulness.

奉我的名，為我做好為受苦的準備。在我的國度裏，所有的受苦都有深刻的意義。痛苦和問題是展現你對我的信任的機會。勇敢地承擔你的環境，甚至為它們感恩，是最高形式的讚美之一。這種感恩的祭在整個天國敲響了金色歡樂的鍾聲。同樣在地球上，你耐心的忍受會傳播出好消息的漣漪，這漣漪會持續擴展開來。

當苦難降臨時，請記住我是至高無上的，我能從萬事中帶出美好。不要試圖逃避痛苦或躲避問題。相反，奉我的名接受逆境，將它獻給我，為了【成就】我的旨意。因此，你的受苦變得有意義，並讓你離我更近。通過你的信任和感恩，喜樂從逆境的灰燼中湧現。
