我個人的翻譯如下:我黑,耶路撒冷的女子卻可愛/美麗,【兩者的對照】就像基達的帳篷之於所羅門的幔子!
基達的帳篷是黑的,一般認為是用駱駝毛作的,如果真是這樣,它就是不潔淨的(利十一4)。無論如何,它顏色單調不可愛,一點都不悅人眼目。
但所羅門的幔子卻不同,它是用藍色線、紫色線、朱紅色線和細麻織成的;並且還繡上基路伯的形像,無論是材料還是做工都很講究,圖案也是非常美麗,而且盡顯高貴。
如果我的翻譯是對的,那麽舒拉密女在這裏表達的完全是自卑,她自慚形穢,她覺得跟耶路撒冷的女子相比,簡直就是一個鄉巴佬——醜陋,低下,卑微;不像耶路撒冷的女子美麗、尊貴、榮耀。
