第八天 結交敬虔的朋友

為兒子禱告

主啊，我把×××高舉在你麵前，求你將敬虔的朋友與好的楷模帶入他的生活中。賜他所需的智慧能選擇敬虔的朋友，幫助他絕不要為了贏取別人的接納而妥協離開你的道。賜我聖靈啟示的洞察力，使我知道如何在選擇朋友的事上引導、影響他。我禱告求你除去他生命中任何有不良影響力的人，或是改變那個人使他更像你。

你的話語說："與智慧人同行的，必得智慧；和愚昧人做伴的，必受虧損。"(箴 13:20)不要讓我的孩子成為愚昧人的同伴；使他能和智慧人同行，更不因和愚昧人同行而遭受虧損。拯救他脫離一切個性邪僻的人，使他不去效法那些人的行為，不使自己的靈魂陷在網羅裏。

當他心中因失去朋友而哀傷時，安慰並帶給他新的朋友，使他們之間有聯結、分享，使他成為你要他成為的人。挪去一切孤獨或者自卑，使他不再尋覓那無法榮神益人的友誼。

我奉耶穌的名禱告求你教導他明白真實友誼的意義，教導他如何做別人的好朋友，建立堅強、親密、持久永續的友誼。願他的每一份友誼永遠都能榮耀你。

Lord, I lift up ××× to You and ask that You would bring godly friends and role models into his life. Give him the wisdom he needs to choose friends who are godly and help him to never compromise his walk with You in order to gain acceptance. Give me Holy Spirit-inspired discernment in how I guide or influence him in the selection of friends. I pray that You would take anyone who is not a godly influence out of his life or else transform that person into Your likeness.

Your Word says, "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed"  (Proverbs 13:20). Don't let my child be a companion of fools. Enable him to walk with wise friends and not have to experience the destruction that can happen by walking with foolish people. Deliver him from anyone with an ungodly character so he will not learn that person's ways and set a snare for his own soul.

Whenever there is grief over a lost friendship, comfort him and send new friends with whom he can connect, share, and be the person You created him to be. Take away any loneliness or low self-esteem that would cause him to seek out less than God-glorifying relationships.

In Jesus' name I pray that You would teach him the meaning of true friendship. Teach him how to be a good friend and make strong, close, lasting relationships. May each of his friendships always glorify You.
