從小就吃李錦記蠔油長大的,蠔油在我家是不會缺少的。好的醬油是煮婦的好幫手!
大兒子現在離家去上大學了,我給他帶了李錦記的醬油和蠔油。
傳承、代代相傳、李錦記-就是家的味道。
烤雞腿肉Baked chicken thighs
材料:Ingredients
A. 1根胡蘿卜,7個冬菇,5根蔥,1/2條
牛油,4塊雞腿肉。
A. 4 pieces boneless chicken thighs, 7 dry Chinese mushrooms, 5 green onions, 1/2 stick butter, 1 carrot .
B. 2大匙蠔油,1 大匙生抽,1小匙蒜鹽。
B. 2 tbs oyster sauce, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp
Garlic salt.
1. 先把雞腿肉去骨,把冬菇泡軟後切成條狀,胡蘿蔔切開兩段後切絲,蔥切開兩段, 大概3-4寸長,牛油切成片。
1. Soak dry Chinese mushrooms in water until they are soft. Then, cut them in strips.
Cut carrots in 1/2, then cut them into small long strings. Cut green onions into pieces about 3-4 inches. Cut butter into slices.
2. 將4塊雞腿肉用 材料 B. 醃3個小時。
2. Marinate chicken thighs with (ingredients B. ) sauces for 3 hours.
3. 然後將(材料A. ) 一些胡蘿蔔絲、蔥、冬菇和一片牛油放進雞腿肉裏,包好,雞塊上麵也放一片牛油。
3. Put (ingredients A. ) some carrot, green onions, mushrooms and butter inside chicken thighs and wrap it well. Then, put some butter on top of chicken thighs.
4. 預熱烤箱375 度,把雞腿用鋁紙蓋好放進烤箱,先烤25分鍾後、不用鋁紙蓋著再烤20分鍾就可以了(一共45分鍾),然後再調到高溫、用上火炙烤幾分鐘上色就好了。
4. Preheat oven to 375, use aluminum foil to cover the chicken before put it in oven.
First bake for 25 minutes. Then, take off the foil and bake for another 20 minutes (total 45 minutes ). Last, broil high for a few minutes until the chicken skin is slightly brown.
5. 把烤好的雞腿肉拿出來,可以切成自己喜歡的形狀裝盤。
5. Get the chicken out from the oven. If you want to, you can also cut them into slices.
