The US initiated the Climate Change issue, beginning with the book Inconvenient Truth by Al Gore, the former vice president. Now, Trump quits the Paris Accord, undermining the US-led international order.

Globalization is a US initiative, with the US-led WTO, to lower tariffs in international trade. Globalization is part of the Washington Consensus, the organic ingredient of the Liberal Democracy, and the free market impetus. Now Trump puts tariffs on every country, even an island with only penguins live. International trade order is the backbone of the international order. And the US destroys the US-led international order.

The most important international organization is the UN. The UN was established after World War II to prevent wars. The UN charter respects the sovereignty of every country. The UN belongs to the US-led international order. Yet the US invaded Iraq, violating the UN charter, with a lie about WMD.

In every issue above and more, the US is the violator of the US-led international order, while China is the guardian of the international order.

Presuming China tries to undermine the US-led international order is a naked lie. China never wants to undermine the international order, US-led or not. China wants peace and prosperity for the world and has a vision of a Shared Future for Mankind. It is the US that has been doing everything, violating the US-led international order. The US is destroying the US-led international order. This leaves China no choice but to build a new world order.
