好雨知時節，當春乃發生。
隨風潛入夜，潤物細無聲。
野徑雲俱黑，江船火獨明。
曉看紅濕處，花重錦官城。

The appropriate rain might know well the seasons,

It helps plants sprout and grow in spring for its reasons.

The silent rain splatters down in the night by the wind,

Nourishing everything smoothly without sound.

Clouds shroud the sky, and darkness stretches over a country lane,

Only see a dot of lone light shining from the boats on the river.

At dawn, blooming flowers with droplets of rain are very graceful,

Watery and colorful flowers are opening all over the city of Jinguan for sure.

好雨知道下雨的節氣，正是在植物萌發生長的時侯，它隨著春風在夜裏悄悄地落下，悄然無聲地滋潤著大地萬物。雨夜中野外黑茫茫，隻有江船上的燈火格外明亮。天亮後，看看這帶著雨水的花朵，嬌美紅豔，整個錦官城變成了繁花盛開的世界。

譯文二：
雨仿佛知曉人們的心思，在最需要的時候就悄然來臨。
到了春天需要雨的時候，它就自然地應時而生。
伴隨著和風在夜裏悄悄飄灑，
滋潤著萬物輕柔而寂然無聲。
野外一片漆黑，隻有一點漁火若隱若現。
等到天明，錦官城裏該是一片萬紫千紅吧！
