Good Trade vs Profitable Trade

If a trader has discipline, his or her trades should be all good trades. A disciplinal trader follows some rules and these good trades are based on these rules. However, not every good trade is profitable. Everyday I have to cut loss on some of my trades, but I am still happy because these trades are good ones even though they damaged my capital. If you are very reluctant to cut your loss, you should treat these loss-cut trades as good ones just like me. A trader needs three elements to be successful in the market:
(1) Enough capital
(2) A good trading system (or rules) which should give you more than 50% probability to win in this market
(3) Good money management skills (i.e., good trades)
