沒有好deal。這個resturant能有啥可行的方案?

1.  8000sqft resturant in a rural rual area. A small small town only has 400+ people. Population is growing from 270 10 years ago. 離我這裏的大城市中心23邁，離城市邊緣12邁。

3. City only allows commercial usage. People can live there in the second floor for the same owner who runs business.

4. Close to highway exit. 5 miles away from major warehouse area including amazon.

 

如果能租出去，租金低一點都可以的。
