七強年會小結

上周末的七強年會（人稱G7峰會，實際上峰啥峰啊，現在成了照相的聚會。不過，還是七強），主要是歐洲事務，安倍煽動大家對抗中國，炒作南海時態【1】，連美國興致也不高，估計奧巴馬沒有卡特那麽猛（也許奧巴馬是讓卡特衝鋒，自己則留一手，等奧習會上再做斷定。看上去像是無能，實際上讓卡特當打手，自己在後台當老板，任由鷹派說去吧）。奧巴馬說“declaring the dangers of climate change an imminent threat to the state's economy”【3】，難道不是比南海還重要嗎？要中國合作嗎？

結果最後據說南海是提到了【2】，但象是個注記而已。

關鍵是歐洲自顧不暇。燃眉之急：（1）利比亞、中東北非難民潮；（2）中東極端伊斯蘭運動；（3）希臘；（4）烏克蘭。

我這麽列是故意的，依其重要性而列。難民潮，數以萬計的難民湧向歐洲，殺也不能殺，檔也擋不住，歐洲是想了各種各樣的法子，包括軍事幹預（連在中東都沒那麽下力氣），但俄國在安理會上出難題，不讓歐洲借聯合國的名義用飛機軍艦堵住難民。

中東跟歐洲接壤，極端伊斯蘭運動，人員可以直接留到歐洲，對歐洲安全是個巨大的威脅。在中東，大家都要打，有不想動，歐洲除了法國英國積極賣武器，就是口號，沙特吵吵嚷嚷，卻在逼美國老大出兵，希望用錢買個看家護院的。美國嘛，極端的嚷著“美國利益”，要幹預，奧巴馬則對先前的慘敗記憶尤新，加上三心二意，不願意被別人用錢筆者衝鋒。結果，僵著。

希臘很微妙。一方麵，從希臘可以看到歐洲是啥事兒也做不成。但是也許默克爾看起來憨厚，實際上算計也深。德國出口，世界第一，比中國高出一籌。希臘時間多拖一天，歐元就多貶值一天，歐洲出口就多得益一天。所以希臘的疼，適量轉嫁到美國、中國那兒去了，奧巴馬呼籲歐洲趕緊解決希臘問題，就是此意。歐日爭相貶值，這笑裏藏刀的毒招（有人非說是打擊中國的手段，腦殘），奧巴馬已經是有苦說不出了。

烏克蘭，唉，小菜一碟。伊核也輪不上。歐洲是打死也不會放棄中國這個市場的，如果烏克蘭伊核都不是啥事兒，誰還提南海啊？
