中國定策關鍵技術一律國產化

這像是還沒有廣泛報道。

彭博據內線消息說，中國已經決定在四個關鍵領域，銀行、軍事、國企和主要政府機關將停止使用外國技術，2020年前一律國產化。例如，計算機主機將硬件用浪潮集團的，操作係統采用麒麟（或新麒麟），淘汰微軟。

中國銀行界核心通訊設施基本上是思科的，也難說，誰讓人家技術好，自己做不出來呢。相信國企也差不多，軍界就不知道了。紐約時報報道：思科“carries on intimately with the U.S. government and military, exploiting its market advantage in the Chinese information networks, playing a disgraceful role and becoming an important weapon in the U.S. exploiting its power over the Internet”。

有些時候國產也難保，比如美國國安局（NSA)已經有能力滲透到華為的路由器和器網絡裏了。
