佛陀教示:

身體和頭腦就是這樣

沒有任何其它的了;

從身體一出生, 就開始變老,

它變老時, 會生病,

生病後, 它會死;

現在你正在親身體驗這個真理,

這個佛法真理;

就以智慧來觀察這色身以便真正看到並領悟這真理.

As the Buddha taught:

this is the way the body and mind are of their own record,

they can’t be any other way;

As soon as the body is born, it begins to age,

As it ages, it gets sick,

After it’s sick, it dies;

This truth is so true,

This truth your’re encountering today,

It’s the truth of the Dhamma,

Look at it with your discernment so that you see.
