朋友說我對於女歌手介紹的不夠多，其實鄉村音樂裏的女歌手是一個龐大的群體，而且星光燦爛，湧現出許多的大牌女歌手，如Carrie Underwood, Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Martina McBride, Faith Hill，而且有些現在流行歌曲樂壇上的超級巨星，如Taylor Swift也是從鄉村音樂出道的，一個很重要的原因就是鄉村音樂通常要求歌手有嚴格的基本訓練，和很強的創作實力。鄉村音樂中有一個大類別是歌唱家鄉和對於家的思念，今天介紹一首Miranda Lambert的"The House That Built Me"就是這個類別中的代表作品。
Miranda Lambert，這位來自德州的80後女歌手從小就表現出超凡的音樂素養，在2005年推出了自己的首張專輯《Kerosene》，就有著超白金的不俗成績。“The House That Built Me”是Miranda Lambert第三張個人專輯中的歌曲。它於2010年3月發布，在2010年6月12日成為了Lambert 的第一個Billboard的鄉村歌曲排行榜的冠軍單曲，並且連續四周奪冠。Lambert 在2010年的鄉村音樂獎頒獎典禮上演唱了此歌，在2011年的第53屆格萊美頒獎典禮上，Lambert又以“The House That Built Me”贏得了格萊美最佳鄉村女歌手的獎項。
這首歌也是采用典型的鄉村歌曲的敘事風格，作者重新回到童年成長的房屋，向新的主人請求進去看一看，在房屋每一個角落都能找到她童年的回憶，從第一次學彈吉他的小臥室，到埋葬著我最心愛的狗狗的大樹下，一切的童年記憶都是那麽美好，隻要能觸摸到這些地方，感受它，心中的傷痕也許就可以漸漸痊愈，現實中我好像在過別人的生活，如何才能找回自己。

現代人在高壓力，高節奏下生活，在現實生活中被許多無形的手推動著向前飛奔，不能停下腳步，而當我們能做停留片刻，一切的美好記憶也許都還能在童年的回憶中找到，尤其是那個曾經純真的自己。
