EWG 剛剛公布的Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen 2013

The Environmental Working Group 剛剛公布了 Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen 2013。 "Dirty" 或 ”Clean“ 指的是果蔬含有的殺蟲劑殘留。比較讓人不安的是測量的已經是洗過或去皮後的含量了。“Dirty Dozen" 排序是按殺蟲劑殘留由高到低。蘋果已經是連續第三年名列第一了。從經濟角度考慮，organic蘋果和一般蘋果價錢相差並不多，值得買organic.
