甜甜蜜蜜 Pecan Pie

今天是公曆 2011 年 1 月 1 日,首先恭祝各位新年好!

新年伊始,在家做了兩個 Pecan Pie ,希望一年的日子都會是甜甜蜜蜜、輕輕鬆鬆的。 Pecan Pie 是我家大小都喜歡的甜食。感恩節前去 Costco 的時候買了一大包去了殼的 Pecan ,乘著兒子感恩節回家做了兩個 Pecan Pie , 可沒幾天就不見了蹤影,都說好吃。 這次找的這個方子真是不錯,一是因為不用 Corn Syrup ,不僅有利健康,味道上也甜淡適中。二是把 Pecan 切碎了,所以 Pie 的皮和表麵都很酥脆。

"Unlike most pecan pies, this one does not require corn syrup."

Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9 inch pie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy, and stir in melted butter. Stir in the brown sugar, white sugar and the flour; mix well. Last add the milk, vanilla and nuts.

3. Pour into an unbaked 9-in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
