探索一個主題,就像孕育一個嬰兒。一個感念的初步誕生,心懷珍愛;當一個主題要遠離家鄉,又是那樣令人掛念,若有所失。看著一個生命從無到有,從有到升騰,那是一幅怎樣的心情畫麵?由於時間和精力,無法關注這個主題,但又時常想念。 

圍繞著愛而活,圍繞著健康而活,圍繞著靈魂而活,圍繞著智慧而活,圍繞著思想而活。如果能用這五個心去指導生命,那你就能體驗旺盛的生命。

Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love. (老子之言?似乎不是)

Loblaw or Metro 也有少數有機食品,中國店買一些特殊的sweet potato,蔬菜等。

 

第一類基本食物類別

          蔬菜:Pak Choi, Kale, Chard, Collard, Broccoli, Brussel Sprout, Turnip greens, Tomato, Arugula, Spinach, Bitter melon (balsam pear in nutrition website)            

          Mushroom: Shiitake, Oyster, Maitake, Crimini, Portabella, Jew’s ear

          Fruit: Kiwi, Orange, Apple, Banana, Berries, Avocado

          Nuts and Seeds: Brazilnut, Almond, Cashew, Pistachios, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, Sesame seeds, Flax seeds

          Beans: Lentils, Navy beans, Pinto beans, Lima beans, other mixed beans, Tofu

          Grains: Mixed steel cut grains, Whole grains bread (sprouted), Low GI grains (black rice, wild rice, brown rice etc)

          Meat/Fish: wild Atlantic salmon, sardine (brisling), Mackerel, farmed oyster.

          Spices: Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Cayenne pepper, Herbs

 

    第二類基本食物類別

          Diary: Yogurt Greek Gods taste goods, organic  plain yogurt

          Starch: sweet potato (purple or orange)

          Vegetable: Winter squash, summer squash, Cucumber

          Fruit: Cantaloupe, Water melon, Pomegranate, Mango, Pineapple
