Flash Freeze

Not it is not the cryo-flash freeze with liquid nitrogen
I was approaching an intersection
An at least 20+ year old Park Avenue
tried to be turning right
whitening a flash lit up
before it was about to cross the line
still straight without even turning yet
Even when I crossed the intersection
on green after couple cars
the Park Avenue was still frozen there
A car behind the Park Avenue horned multiple times
the car was still not moving
I hope the (old perhaps) driver didn't have a heart attack
