In the early morning, a mother wakes her sleeping son, Fritz.

“Get up, it’s time to get ready for school,” she says.

“But why? I don't want to go to school!” Fritz complains.

“Give me two reasons why you don’t want to go,” his mother asks.

“The students don't like me, the teachers hate me, the janitor can't stand me, and even the bus driver can't stomach me!” Fritz explains.

“Now, pull yourself together!” the mother says.

“Then you give me two reasons why I should go to school!” Fritz demands.

“First, you are 42 years old, and second, you are the school principal,” the mother replies.

 

早上，一個母親很早就叫醒她熟睡著的兒子，弗裏茨。

“快起床，該上學校去了，” 她說。

“但是為什麽？我不想上學校去！” 弗裏茨抱怨著。

“給我兩個你不想上學校的理由，” 母親說。

“學生們不喜歡我，老師們恨我，清潔工忍受不了我，連校車的司機都容忍不了我！” 弗裏茨解釋道。

“從現在起，就打起精神來！” 母親說。

“那您得給我兩個我得上學校的理由！” 弗裏茨堅持著。

“第一，你是42歲了，第二，你是這所學校的校長！” 他的母親說。
