The Odd Challenge
A boss is worried because one of his employees hasn't come to work. He calls the employee's cell phone and hears a soft child's voice on the other end.
"Hello?" the child whispers.
"Who is this?" the boss asks.
"I'm Sophie," the kid whispers.
"Ah, hello Sophie," says the boss. "Can I talk to your dad?"
"Nope," whispers Sophie.
Confused, the boss asks, "Is your mom at home?"
"Yep," says Sophie.
"Can I talk to her?"
"Nope," the girl whispers again.
The boss thinks carefully about how he can talk to an adult. "Is there anyone else there?" he asks.
"Yep," whispers Sophie. "A police."
"Can I talk to the police?" asks the boss.
"Nope, he's busy," says Sophie.
"Busy with what?" asks the boss.
"He's talking with Mom, Dad, and the fireman," whispers Sophie.
Now the boss begins to feel seriously concerned. Suddenly, he hears a loud sound in the background. "What's that noise?" asks the boss.
"A helicopter," whispers Sophie.
"What's happening?" asks the boss, who is gradually becoming nervous.
"The helicopter is searching the neighborhood," says Sophie.
"What's the helicopter searching for?" asks the boss, who is now really worried.
Sophie giggles softly and whispers, "Me!"

一個老板發現一個員工沒來上班，因牽掛此事，就給這個員工的手機去了個電話。接電話的是一個女孩。
“哈嘍？” 女孩用耳語說話。
“你是誰？” 老板問。

弄不明白的老板就問，“那你媽媽在家裏嗎？”
索菲回答：“在”。
“那我能和你媽媽說話嗎？” 老板問。
“不能·”，索菲又低聲說。
老板仔細琢磨他怎樣才能和一個大人談上話：“那你那兒還有其他人嗎？“
“有”，索菲低聲回答 “有一個警察。“
“那我能和警察說話嗎？“ 老板問。
“不能，他在忙。“ 索菲低聲說。
“他在忙什麽？“ 老板問。
“他在和媽媽、爸爸和一個消防員說話。 “ 索菲低聲說。
這時老板覺得問題嚴重了。忽然他聽到電話裏傳來巨大的聲音，就問：”那是什麽聲音？“
“直升飛機“，索菲低聲說。
“發生什麽了？“ 越來越神經質的老板問。
“直升飛機在鄰居上空盤旋搜索。“ 索菲低聲說。
“在找什麽？“ 老板非常著急了，就問。
女孩傻笑，低聲說：“在找我。”
